Abstract
nanoparticles displayed an enhanced photocurrent under white light, increasing tenfold with microwave power. The greater powered ZIS (ZIS-720 W) nanomaterial showed the best photoresponse and is well suited for optoelectronic application. All of their optical and electrical properties make them suitable for various optoelectronic devices, particularly in detection applications.
