Abstract

Al substitution for Cr was adopted to minimize atomic mismatch in the Ti–Cr–Mo alloy, reducing lattice distortion/stress during hydrogen cycling and enhancing the cycling stability of Ti–Cr–Mo–Al BCC hydrogen storage alloys.
