Abstract

We prepared ZrGeTe 4 nanosheets and investigated their nonlinear optical properties. ZrGeTe 4 nanosheets as a saturable absorber were applied in an Er-doped fiber laser for conventional soliton and harmonic mode-locking pulses generation.
