Abstract
This article presents a comprehensive examination of the utilization of energy storage units for voltage regulation in grids. Specifically, the focus is on the practical implementation of active power control using a Model Adaptive Control (MRAC) algorithm. The article provides a detailed description of the algorithm, considering grid parameters and showcasing the practical application of voltage regulation through energy storage active power control using MRAC. The results of implementing an energy storage unit for global voltage regulation are discussed, highlighting the advantages and superiority of this method.
