Technology of Structural-Binomial Coding to Increase the Efficiency of the Functioning of Computer Systems

Abstract
The paper considers the trends in the development of infocommunication systems. The existence tendency regarding the widespread use of video information services is substantiated. Including such services are used in the process functioning of critical infrastructure systems. Consequently, the requirements for the timeliness and integrity of information increase. In this case, it is necessary to additionally reduce the bit volume. The disadvantages of modern coding methods are investigated. On the basis of which a new direction is chosen for the construction of coding systems. The main stages of structural binomial coding technology are taught.
