Abstract
PURPOSE: . METHODS: , the effect of MF on the ectopic osteogenesis of drBMSCs was evaluated in a nude mouse model. RESULTS: inhibited the effects of MF. In addition, ectopic osteogenesis was significantly increased in drBMSCs treated with MF. CONCLUSIONS: MF promoted the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of drBMSCs by inhibiting the oxidative stress induced by diabetes and enhenced the ectopic bone formation of drBMSCs in nude mice.
