On Some Coincidence Best Proximity Point Results

Abstract
In this paper, we discuss some (coincidence) best proximity point results for generalized proximal contractions and <a:math xmlns:a="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" id="M1"> <a:mi>λ</a:mi> <a:mo>−</a:mo> <a:mi>μ</a:mi> </a:math> -proximal Geraghty contractions in controlled metric type spaces. To clarify our study, various examples are given and some conclusions are drawn.
