Abstract

experiments proved that CBP/SAHA co-loaded PF-MNP had the best therapeutic efficiency for multidrug-resistant melanoma. The MNP with a "spongy coating" showed potential to be a safe and efficient transdermal delivery platform for multiple drugs.
