Abstract

In the present study, general and adaptable methods for the functionalization of ferrite magnetic nanoparticle (MNPs) by surface various functionalize compounds and metal oxide have been established. Ferrite magnetic nanoparticle (MNPs) by surface various functionalize compound and metal oxides have been established. Ferrite magnetic nanoparticle (MNPs) prepared by Co-precipitation method were coated with different ratio of TEOS as per stobber method. This synthesized magnetic nanoparticle was characterized by XRD diffraction, IR spectra, SEM, TEM, and EDS techniques. In this research, we report a various organic reactions like multicomponent, cyclization, oxidation-reduction, condensation and some other reactions carried out by using silica coating ferrite magnetic nanoparticle under various reaction conditions. The advantages of this catalyst are the absence of any tedious workup or purification under mild reaction conditions and the corresponding products have been occurring in excellent yield with short reaction time.
