Abstract
Owing to the fastest developments of flexible sensors, a considerable focus is being provided on application of such techniques in automobile infotainment applications. It is important to design such sensors and perform the failure analysis for the same. In the present study, an effort has been made to fabricate silver track printed flexible sensor and utilized for automobile infotainment applications and investigate the track crack analysis of the fabricated sensors. The analysis was performed to analyze the influence of sensors pattern orientations and laminations provided over the sensors track specimens. It was found that the fabricated sensors track can provide better sensing mechanism. It was also found that the laminated flexible sensors track with inclined track specimens could produce better performance and negligible cracks during the formability process.
