Polyaniline-Based Flexible Nanocomposite Materials

Abstract

Research into high energy density flexible energy storage devices and outstanding mechanical performance has attracted substantial attention for the development of flexible electronics. Many novel materials and techniques have been identified to create flexible electrodes, the key components of high-performance flexible energy storage devices. The typical production methods and techniques to produce flexible electrodes—including their mechanisms, operation, benefits and drawbacks, relevant circumstances, and appropriate materials—are summarized in this chapter. In addition, polyaniline-based nanocomposite materials are reviewed briefly according to their properties, morphologies, and applications.
