Internet of things – based smart campus – a review

Abstract
Internet-of-things (IoT) serves an important task in improving the quality of lives. IoT is being connected into educational institutions is producing a numerous change in mode of learning and teaching especially in higher education. Thus, smart campus based on IoT enables to achieve higher level of intelligent services like management, training and automotive control. This paper analyses the different kinds of smart campus based on IoT and their performance based on different layers used on IoT module and applications of respective modules on educational purpose. Further this paper suggests additional IoT applications for performing a greater number of automotive operations to sophisticate the educational environment.
