Abstract
Due to its unique properties such as cleanliness, noiselessness, and environmental friendliness, solar power has risen to become the most effective renewable energy source. DC-to-DC converters were given specific attention during the extraction of electric power due to their extensive use in several applications. In general, photovoltaic (PV) systems have a lower energy conversion efficiency and poor stability, and intermittent features. DC-to-DC converters can very useful for regulating DC voltage and increasing the efficiency of renewable sources of energy. An appropriate DC-to-DC converter selection is a critical aspect that has a considerable impact on the overall performance of power systems. Aside from choosing an effective DC-to-DC converter design, it's also critical to include an appropriate control approach for optimal operation. Due to the rising usage of RESs.
