Topotactic redox cycling in SrFeO<sub>2.5+δ</sub> explored by 3D electron diffraction in different gas atmospheres

Abstract
Using in situ 3D electron diffraction on SrFeO x nanocrystals during the solid–gas redox reaction, we uncovered oxygen-vacancy ordering and domain formation not observable by in situ solid–gas bulk diffraction techniques.
