Fast Coding of Irregular Binary Binomial Numbers with a Set Number of Units Series

Abstract
The variant of new generation coding technology concept realization on the methods of quantum binomial-polyadic coding in binary space basis is considered. This coding technology allowing to provide additional increase of efficiency of syntactic representation of two-dimensional (multidimensional) binary data structures. The proposed concept allows to increase the energy efficiency of quantum binary binomial-polyadic coding. For this purpose, technological mechanisms of fast quantum coding are proposed.
