Abstract
Phosphor-converted warm white LDs with phosphor-in-glass film-dual sapphire (PiGF-D) converter were proposed. The Y/R-PiGF-D based white LD achieves a warm white light with a CRI of 87.5 and a high LF of 2010 [email protected] W mm −2 .
