Abstract
Highlights Vibration of the light source enhances both the surface and contour smoothness in vat photopolymerization processes. Low-frequency mask screen vibration ensures a uniform light intensity distribution. Subpixel amplitude vibration mitigates the pixelated, zig-zag contours. Dimensional and geometrical errors are maintained within a single pixel’s size. Vibration-assisted mask image projection shows promise for 3D printing in optics.
