Abstract

Geological data plays a crucial role in mapping renewable energy resources and assessing the feasibility of carbon storage in volcanic regions. This review explores the utilization of geological data in these areas, highlighting its significance and implications. Geological data is fundamental in mapping renewable energy resources, such as geothermal and hydroelectric energy. By analyzing geological structures, researchers can identify areas with high potential for these renewable energy sources. This mapping is essential for sustainable energy planning, as it allows policymakers to prioritize regions for renewable energy development based on geological suitability.
