Abstract

This paper synthesizes triazole-attached 2-aminofluorene-based organosilane for sensing Fe 3+ ion using UV-Vis and fluorescence. Probe 6a 's inhibitory effect on the leishmania protein was studied. DFT explained 6a 's complexation with Fe 3+ ion.
