Abstract

A series of novel garnet structure narrow-band blue emission phosphors Ca 4 HfGe 3− y Si y O 12 : x Bi 3+ (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.04, 0 ≤ y ≤ 0.9) with great color purity and enhanced thermal stability have been successfully developed and synthesized.
