Abstract

2D PdSe<sub>2</sub>can realize tunable p-type and n-type doping by adsorbed with two kinds of organic molecules, an electrophilic molecule TCNQ and a nucleophilic molecule TTF. Such effective bipolar doping of PdSe<sub>2</sub>would broaden its applications in nanoelectronics.
