Abstract

β-MnO 2 nanoparticles exhibit high catalytic performance for the aerobic oxidation of various aromatic, allylic, and heteroaromatic alcohols and one-pot tandem oxidation of alcohols to nitriles and amides in the presence of NH 3 .
