Intelligent Shopping Soft Assistant: A Digital Solution for Collaborative and Efficient Shopping

Abstract
The Intelligent Shopping Soft Assistant (ISSA) is a web-based platform that transforms shopping by merging digital convenience with offline flexibility. a web-based platform designed to modernize shopping experiences by integrating collaborative digital lists, real-time price synchronization, and hybrid support for both online and offline stores. Traditional shopping methods suffer from static lists and fragmented seller-customer communication’ while existing e-commerce platforms often neglect local store integration. ISSA addresses these gaps by enabling users to create, share, and manage dynamic shopping lists with real-time price updates from sellers. Built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, ISSA reduces shopping time by 85percent(based on user trials), enhances collaboration for group procurement, and provides business analytics for local vendors. Challenges included EDI integration and data privacy assurance. Future work will expand location-based seller recommendations and automated billing.
