Abstract

, which was reversed by hypoxic exosomal miR-181a inhibitor. In conclusion, exosomal miR-181a from hypoxic PTC cells promotes tumor angiogenesis and growth through MLL3 and DACT2 downregulation, as well as VEGF upregulation.
