Industry 5.0 a Novel Technological Concept

Abstract

Industry 5.0 represents the most recent advancement in the realm of industrial progress, aiming to integrate the capabilities of both humans and robots in order to foster a future characterized by enhanced efficiency, productivity, and sustain ability. Expanding upon the foundational tenets of Industry 4.0, which primarily centered around the automation and digitization of industrial processes, Industry 5.0 advances this paradigm by placing greater emphasis on the collaborative and synergistic relationship between humans and machines. Although the potential of Industry 5.0 is significant, its adoption remains relatively underexplored in the existing academic research. Considering the aforementioned factors, the primary aim of this study is to delineate the obstacles impeding the effective execution of Industry 5.0. This study has importance in elucidating the definitions and characteristics of the fifth generation, as derived from existing literary sources. This aids in comprehending the concept of industry 5.0 from several writers' viewpoints. This research further examines the obstacles associated with recognising the complexities of the interactions between machines and human beings within industrial facilities. The research study is focused on the future path of realising Industry 5.0.
