Abstract

The probe T-HS was developed as a fluorescent H 2 S probe using 1,8-naphthylamine as fluorescent platform and azide group as the reaction site, which can be effectively used for fluorescence imaging of endogenous and exogenous H 2 S in zebrafish and cells.
