Strong coupling Bose polarons in a two-dimensional gas

Abstract
The authors present results for the quasiparticles properties of polarons in a two-dimensional Bose gas for all couplings, by using ab initio quantum Monte Calo techniques. The paper uncovers bound-states between the impurity and bosons and a prevailing polaronic many body-bound state that shows correlations between the impurity and the bath
