Entropy production of nonreciprocal interactions
Ziluo Zhang, Rosalba Garcia-Millan
Abstract
The rate of entropy production captures the nonequilibrium behavior of nonreciprocal interactions, which can turn a system of nonmotile particles into active matter. Using a microscopic field theory, the entropy production rate of a many-particle system with nonreciprocal interactions is calculated exactly.
