Abstract
Broadband Optoelectronic Synapses In article number 2302885, Jia Huang, Jianhua Zhang, Lize Xiong, and co-workers report retina-inspired optoelectronic synaptic transistors that present broadband responses. Simplified neuromorphic visual systems are developed to simulate comprehensive image perception, memory, and preprocessing functions in a wide wavelength range from ultraviolet to near-infrared, even beyond the sensing range of the human visual system.
