Abstract

Co 3 O 4 -0.10 sensors exhibit excellent sensitivity to TEA at 160 °C with the detection limit of 50 ppb. Meanwhile, the Co 3 O 4 -0.10 sensor also shows a short response/recovery time, fine repeatability, long-term stability and humidity resistance.
