Abstract
The model of maneuvering unit based on generating and accumulating capacities, which are elements of an autonomous mobile settlement, is proposed. The generating, accumulating and maneuvering capacities are analyzed. Two types of neural networks for an integrated power system forecasting and analysis system are analyzed. The best option is selected. The variants of accumulator units placement according to the theory of reliability of electric power systems are analyzed. The role of this agile unit, its fate and functions in the power system are established
