Peptidome comparison following gastrointestinal digesta of bovine versus caprine milk serum

Abstract
-casein (CSN1S1) were found in bovine digesta. In addition, antimicrobial-related peptides were mostly only found in caprine intestinal digesta. The results of this study may be useful in understanding the digestion characteristics of milk serum proteins and providing guidance on the improvement of infant formula.
