Abstract
Revised synthesis of Geometrically Ordered Dynamics (GOD) Theory. The empirical anchor is a no-dark-matter Information Tension fit to the real SPARC database (175 galaxies): recovered MOND-like acceleration scale a_0 = 1.04e-10 m/s^2 (ratio 0.87), 121/175 galaxies fit with zero per-galaxy free parameters. The high-redshift ~142x flux boost is stated as a theoretical prediction, not an observation. Derives the Information Tension Tensor from a variational principle; the Sovereign Invariant kappa = 0.9539 emerges from the formalism. License: CC-BY-4.0.
