Abstract
The article presents the qualitative and quantitative composition results of mechanical admixtures in the aircraft hydraulic fluid. An experimental study was carried out to determine the effect of the size and mechanical admixture concentration on the wear and jamming of the hydraulic distributor. In the working fluid at a certain mass concentration of admixtures and pressure in the system, the dependence of spool pairs jamming the aviation equipment’s hydraulic drive on the pollution particle diameter was determined. The critical size of particles and their mass concentration was defined. The surface wear of the spool pair from an aircraft hydraulic valve is shown.
