Abstract
Tissue Regeneration In article number 2300180, Hao Chen, Wenguo Cui, Yuhui Zhang, and co-workers propose a hydrogel-microsphere-based synthetic niche with cell recruiting and targeted cell differentiation properties via mechanotransduction. The microsphere niche guides the fate of endogenous stem cells in the aberrant mechanical microenvironment, offering an effective strategy for enhancing the endogenous regeneration of degenerated tissues.
