Bulk assembly of a 0D organic tin(<scp>ii</scp>)chloride hybrid with high anti-water stability

Abstract
(TBAC = tetrabutylammonium chloride), with high anti-water stability was reported, which can be stable in water for 24 hours. Upon photoexcitation, this compound exhibits a green photoluminescence (PL) centered at 523 nm with a larger Stokes shift of 260 nm at room temperature (RT), stemming from self-trapped exciton (STE) emission.
