Abstract
Novel CuB 2 O 4 –Cu 3 B 2 O 6 substrates doped with three Li-based sintering aids, Li 2 WO 4 , LiBO 2 and Li 2 CO 3 , were prepared using the LTCC (low temperature cofired ceramic) technology.
