A centimeter-scaled lead-free two-dimensional perovskite FA<sub>3</sub>Bi<sub>2</sub>Br<sub>9</sub>single crystal for X-ray detection

Abstract
A centimeter-sized FA 3 Bi 2 Br 9 single crystal was grown and the X-ray detector demonstrated a high sensitivity of 623 μC Gy −1 cm −2 and a low detection limit of 2.1 μGy s −1 .
