Abstract
Introduction The normal skin contains approximately 80% of water content, whereas the stratum corneum has a lower water content of approximately 10-30% [1] which makes the skin to appear smooth, soft and glowing. Moisture capacitance changes depending on the water content in the stratum corneum.
