Overexpression of Mesothelin in Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC)

Abstract
: MSLN was highly expressed in PDAC tissues, but not in paracancerous tissues. There was no significant correlation between MSLN expression and clinicopathological factors. The overexpression of MSLN may have promising prospects in diagnosis, targeted therapy and immunotherapy of PDAC.
