Abstract
Вопросы изучения условий труда на предприятии и дальнейшая их трансформация в соответствии с требованиями федеральных законов и подзаконных актов, а также отраслевыми особенностями принадлежности самого предприятия занимает важное место в управление персоналом организации. Проведен комплексный анализ системы управления охраной и безопасностью труда организации, выявлены слабые сторон в системе, сформированы практические рекомендации, а также разработаны мероприятия по ее совершенствованию. The issues of studying the working conditions at the enterprise and their further transformation in accordance with the requirements of federal laws and by-laws, as well as the sectoral characteristics of the ownership of the enterprise itself occupies an important place in the personnel management of the organization. A comprehensive analysis of the organization's occupational safety and health management system was carried out, weaknesses in the system were identified, practical recommendations were formed, and measures for its improvement were developed.
