Abstract

In the existing automobiles, the exact quantity of fuel remaining in the tank is displayed in the digital format, where a sensor and a microprocessor are used to locate the stockpile in an economical and accurate manner. This article focuses on the investigation of several backlog measuring sensors that are appropriate for our purpose. Some of the significance of the existing fuel level measurement techniques are discussed. The proposed tool is helpful for measuring not just gasoline, but also milk, water, and other liquids. Also, the propsoed device can be primarily used in all cars to measure fuel consumption. To indicate the amount of fuel in the tank, this research work has employed two types of sensors in the digital fuel indicator: an ultrasonic sensor and a flow sensor. The Arduino board has been designed by employing ultrasonic sensor and flow sensor to measure the distance and pressure to display the fuel level in liquid crystal display [LCD]. The main components present in the proposed model are:, Arduino UNO board, flow sensor, ultrasonic sensor, liquid crystal display and power supply.
