The aim of this article is to explore the revolutionary impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on HRM, illuminating its role in transitioning traditional HR practices towards dynamic and predictive talent management. It investigates how AI augments the efficiency of HR processes, from recruitment and selection to training, development, and performance management, while highlighting ethical challenges and the necessity for skill upgrading among HR professionals.
