Abstract

The charge separation efficiency of the CeO<sub>2</sub>/g-C<sub>3</sub>N<sub>4</sub>heterojunction was greatly enhanced through surface carboxylation of the g-C<sub>3</sub>N<sub>4</sub>substrate.
