Abstract
Diabetic retinopathy is a leading cause of both moderate and severe vision loss worldwide. Over the past decade, advances in technology have dramatically improved the evaluation, treatment, and visual outcomes of patients with diabetic retinopathy. Current approaches are reviewed.
