Abstract

A rod-like Ta<sub>3</sub>N<sub>5</sub>/Ta photoanode was prepared by the reaction of Ta metal plates and NH<sub>4</sub>Cl powder <italic>in vacuo</italic> for photoelectrochemical water oxidation.
