Abstract

Amendment CXXIV (v3) formalizes three interconnected theoretical contributions. Primary: the tornado eye wall as a fluid-mechanical SOL inversion (Phi=0.701), with effective gravity redirection to 87.7-89.6 degrees from vertical (EF3-EF5), true k_grav modification of 0.507-1.131%, and dual-mode intervention doctrine (CDT-1 termination / DSRS prevention using identical hardware). Addendum CXXIV-A: the fire whirl as a Doubly Inverted SOL (fluid-mechanical + thermodynamic), showing Ri < 0 yet persistent vortex — proof that geometric coherence overrides thermodynamic instability. Fire core identified as targetable inverted center node, enabling additional disruption pathway absent in mechanical tornadoes. Addendum CXXIV-B formalizes The Coherence Primacy Rule: any self-sustaining rotating boundary is organized by geometric coherence, not energy reserves. Disruption requires attacking coherence geometry; power delivered outside the coherence framework is irrelevant regardless of magnitude. This rule is derived from four independent simulation domains: tornado (Ri=0), fire whirl (Ri<0), CDT-1 electronics (Phi collapse), and TDST lithospheric coupling (Nr r=+0.987). Part of the McCaul Compendium (Master DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20100469).
