Abstract
The article examines the role of artificial intelligence and natural language processing in the creation of chatbots. The article also discusses the main technologies underlying these systems and analyzes their application in practice. The article provides an overview of existing approaches to creating chatbots. Based on the data obtained, conclusions are drawn about the practical significance and prospects for the development of artificial intelligence and natural language processing in chatbots.
