Abstract
Zero-dimensional Cs 3 InX 6 QDs with broadband blue emission were synthesized at room-temperature. A white LED was further fabricated by using Cs 3 InX 6 QDs powder as down-conversion phosphor, demonstrating a remarkable working stability.
