Abstract

observations. The presented multimodal imaging approach enabled a quantitative correlation between MRI contrast enhancement at the macroscopic level and NP accumulation in the tumor microenvironment. These studies lay the groundwork for the precise evaluation of the tumor targeting of theranostic NPs.
